經過2天的變化，硝化菌滋生速度加快了！

從正面看去，蛤蠣膨脹的更誇張，蛤蠣肉也飄動著細小的肉塊，表示蛤蠣已腐爛相當嚴重。此外，水面的泡沫聚集仍十分明顯，水色呈現些微乳白色。水色愈白，即表示硝化菌增生速度愈快，數量也逐漸在增加中。

第2～3天，水呈現混濁的乳白色，水面及魚缸邊緣都有大量泡沫聚集，第3天晚上，水混濁狀況最為明顯，泡沫數量也是最多，連出水口附近也有大量的泡沫聚集，那表示，硝化菌的滋長的速度愈來愈快，數量也愈來愈多。
