這次共邀請10多位魚友一起進行餵食實驗，在多個測試實驗項目中，其中一項進行「飼料替換」實驗測試，在餵食多日後，請原有換回原餵養飼料，經過一天後，再餵食《Mini #1 Multi-effect in one 》（Mini #1 Multi-effect in one→原餵食飼料→Mini #1 Multi-effect in one→原餵食飼料→Mini #1 Multi-effect in one），這樣的實驗測試，除可觀察腸道與飼料原料品質之吸收與反應。
在進食吃餌後數小時後，便會出現排泄，結果觀察發現，隔天的魚便，無論在顏色、形狀、長度、硬度、粗細...等有密切且直接關聯。許多魚友認為，魚隻出現白便或透明便，表示體內有寄生蟲，經過這次多位魚友實驗測試後，與之前換餌料測試，進行比對、觀察後發現，完全與體內有無寄生蟲有關，而與飼料原料與品質好壞有密切關聯性。
雖然，體內出現寄生蟲會導致魚隻出現白色魚便，在餵食《Mini #1 Multi-effect in one 》多日後，魚便持續穩定出現粗、短、黃、軟、濕滑...等狀，但隔天又換回原餵食飼料，又恢復過去那種細、長、乾癟、不同顏色的托便，在連續進行4天2次換餌餵食，都出現相同情況。

坦若，體內有寄生蟲，為何在換餌餵食後，就沒有出現細長的白色拖便呢？為何，換回原本餵養測試飼料後，隔天就出現細、長、白與透明色相間、乾癟的拖便呢？是飼料原料或品質好壞？還是體內有寄生蟲在做怪呢？

避免吃未煮熟或不新鮮的食物，是避免體內寄生蟲的最佳方法，若經常餵食活餌，魚隻體內滋生寄生蟲機會當然高，加上，活餌的取得、有無先經過消毒...等，都是滋生體內寄生蟲的重要因素。以市售膨化飼料來說，會經過高溫（135～175℃）及高壓（5～7kg/cm）加工製程，常見的寄生蟲無法承受如此高溫及高壓，早已死亡，因此，餵食市售飼料，體內遭寄生蟲入侵的機會相當低。
另一個導致魚便出現白色或透明色的主因是飼料原料與品質的優劣，少數劣質的飼料，為降低原料及製作成本，使用品質較差或低廉原料，魚隻吃了這些「劣質原料」飼料，當然，排泄物的顏色、形狀、大小...等，並不會理想。
以飼料常用的魚粉來說，魚肉可分為「紅肉」與「白肉」二大類，常見紅肉魚類，有：鮭魚、旗魚...等大型昂貴魚類，常見的白肉魚類，有：吳郭魚、草魚、鯽魚...等，這兩大類魚類，在價格與營養上相差甚大。許多飼料，採用「下雜魚」製成魚粉，所謂「下雜魚」魚粉就是將各種魚混合攪拌後製成的魚粉。因此，飼料使用的魚粉，使用的魚隻原料，關係到飼料品質優劣，更影響到魚隻的營養吸收、生長、體色鮮艷度、健康、抵抗力...等。
從小開始，我們一直接受「吃什麼，拉什麼」的教育，以胃腸消化來看，確實食物影響排泄物的顏色、形狀、長度、軟硬度...等，舉例來說：
多食肉類，排泄物顏色會較深色且味道較臭，相對地，攝取較多植物類、纖維值較高的食物，排泄物味道較不會惡臭且顏色較淺色。多喝水或多吃含水量較高食物，排泄物也會較軟。餌料所使用的原料，與品質好壞，如同我們吃的食物一樣，飼料原料好，如同吃進營養的食物，品質的好壞，如同食物受否新鮮？質料優劣相同。

你可觀察一下你的魚兒排泄物，是否是細、長、白與透明色相間、乾癟的拖便呢？你不妨更換其它飼料餵食，觀察隔天魚隻排泄物，應該不難察覺到，與飼料品質、腸道消化功能有關，並非是體內有寄生蟲！或許，你可停止餵食現有飼料，改換其它不同類型飼料（如：浮萍），觀察魚隻排泄物的奧妙變化吧！
